We are Greg and Gia Galifianakis and we’re here to help you grow both personally and professionally by leading you to success using our combined experience and knowledge and your willingness to improve your life.
Greg is the backbone of our Executive and Leadership Coaching offering. He holds a Master Coach Certification, is an active member of the International Coach Federation and has been helping clients succeed for over 10 years. His coaching career began internally at a large technology firm and is now being offered directly to clients across the nation. Greg also specializes in leadership and workforce development and can provide customized training based on your specific team goals and needs.
Gia manages all business operations as well as client-facing tasks like pricing, contracting, billing and scheduling. But her work doesn’t stop there. She is driven by a passion to support the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem by providing counseling services to small business owners and entrepreneurs, assisting them in starting or building their business through partnerships with Mountain Bizworks and the WCC Small Business Center.
